To Place & Purchase
Your Order
To purchase your order please browse through our product
categories or use the search facility. You can then add
your item(s) to the cart which can be assessed at any
time using the links on the top right hand side of the
screen or at the bottom of the page. On the shopping
cart page you can update the quantity, remove item(s)
and see the postage cost for your order.
Payment
On the check out page you can choose to pay via:
Credit/debit card - this is processed over a
secure server and is handled by
PayPal.
Please note: You do not need a PayPal account to pay
via credit/debit card.
Once on the payment page you
will be given the options to pay using a PayPal account
or via credit/debit card for those who do not have an
account with PayPal.

Cheque, postal order - By choosing this option
you will receive a confirmation email with an address to
send your payment to. Please make your cheques and
postal orders payable to: MWG Equestrian and send along
with a copy of your order confirmation or a written note
with your name address and order id to speed up the
order process.
If payment is to be made by cheque, your goods will not
be despatched until your cheque has cleared which takes
approximately 7 working days.
Delivery
Delivery charges are based on the weight of the order
with an estimate given in the shopping cart.
UK Delivery charges
£2.95 - Small items
£4.95 - Standard delivery
£6.95 - Large items
£8.95 - Heavy items
Overseas Delivery Charges
Between £6.00 and £30.00 depending on the weight of your
order an estimate given in the shopping cart. You are
responsible for all the appropriate Import and Customs
Duties.
Delivery within the UK is usually within 2-7 days.
We endeavour to hold stocks of all our active products,
but if we are out of stock of your chosen item we will
notify you of when the item will be expected to be back
in stock and give you option of a full refund.
Some items may be shipped direct to you from our
supplier in order for you to receive your chosen items
as quickly as possible. This means that you may receive
your order in separate parts, but will not incur any
additional carriage charges. We cannot be held
responsible for compensating you for any other losses
you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Any
dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate
only and MWG Equestrian shall not be liable for any
delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
Returns
You must be notified us prior to returning goods.
Refunds, less the delivery
charge, will be made for any items returned (at
customers expense) which are unused and not damaged,
within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect
your statutory rights). The refund will be made
within 15 days of us receiving the goods.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are in
perfect condition and with their original packaging with
all tags in tact. In the case of Horse Rugs, please fit
new rugs on top of a clean sheet, as they cannot be
accepted for return if they are soiled in any way. If
either of these stipulations are not met we reserve the
right to refuse credit or incur a 20% repacking/used
charge.
Please note: We do not offer a refund for Special offer
items, however you will be issued with a credit note.
Items that have been made specifically to a customer’s
requirements, design or measurements are also excluded
from our returns policy. Any free gift must be
included along with the returned items, otherwise the
original price will be deducted form the refund, except
in a partial return and the rest of the order still
qualifies.
You may return goods by
mail to the returns address below. We recommend that you
send your goods back by recorded delivery or a secure
delivery method which requires a signature on delivery,
as we cannot be held responsible for it being lost or
damaged before it arrives to us.
If at all possible, please include with the goods a copy
of your packing slip or a written note of your name,
address, e-mail address, order number, and reason for
return. This enables us to identify the transaction and
speeds up the process, and prevents fraudulent returns.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be done for any items returned (at
customers expense, we recommend you get proof of
posting) which are not damaged and in original
packaging, within 14 days of receiving them. P&P will be
charged for items to be sent back out,
please include payment for
the postage with your retuned item.

complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry.

Returns after 14
days
Goods returned after the 14 day period will incur a 20%
restocking charge and will be offered a credit note. We
cannot refund money after this period.
Returns from
outside the UK
Please note that when
posting return goods from outside the UK, you are
responsible for paying any customs levies or duties on
those goods payable either on exit from your country or
on entry to the UK. If the goods which you have sent
back to us are kept in customs because you have not paid
those levies or duties, we will not have received them.
Because it is your responsibility to pay all customs
duties, legally you will not have returned the goods to
us / kept them in your care, and so will not be entitled
to any refund / exchange.
Damaged Goods
If you should receive an item that is not in perfect
condition or was damaged in shipping, please immediately
notify us by emailing
order@mwgequestrian.co.uk
Under no circumstances should items be continued to be
used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have
accepted the goods in their damaged condition.
Pricing
The total price of your goods will be stipulated at
the time you place your order or at the end when your
order has been confirmed. All prices are in pounds
sterling. Any customs or import duties due when your
order reaches its destination country are your
responsibility.
We have the right to make alterations to the prices in
the following circumstances:
On extremely rare occasions, the cost of the product may
have increased but not updated on the website, taxes may
have not been included in the price, or they may have
changed. We will inform you immediately and before
dispatch if this is the case to ensure you still wish to
purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for
goods if it has been listed at the incorrect price due
to an error, or the price from our suppliers has
suddenly increased.
Privacy Notice
We appreciate that you value your privacy and as such we
guarantee that any information you give us will only be
used by us. The information will not be passed to any
third party with the exception of the information
required by delivery companies.
